Residential systems are mainly rooftop mounted but may also include parking structures or other ground mounted installations that occur on owners’ residential property. In size, these installations are generally 10kW or less but may be as much as 50kW or even larger.Residential projects follow several basic steps.

  • Consultation: A Parity application specialist will assess your rooftop in person and look at orientation, size and possible shading problems. At the same time our specialist will try to get recent history of power consumption.
  • Proposal: Parity will generate a design tailored to the roof or other location specified. From the design, Parity will generate a quotation and may have multiple proposals both in design and components used. The financial implication and a preliminary schedule of the project will also be included in the proposal.
  • Installation: Parity will use its own personnel or a partner depending on the project type and global location. Prior to the start, a detailed schedule will be reviewed and agreed to, following which the project will begin. Once installed, the system will be activated and tested thoroughly.
  • Service: There will be comprehensive warranties on the system and its components, which will be outlined in the proposal, however in the event that there is a failure or the system is caused to fail, you will need a service technician available to repair the problem. Parity will provide such service and it will be done professionally and in a timely manner.
